Broken mirrors, failed installations, and corrections. This form reaches the people who maintain the library.

This form reaches the people who maintain the library. It is read every day, and messages about broken mirrors, wrong version numbers, or a package that will not install go to the front of the queue, because those affect everyone who lands on the same page after you.

If you are reporting a problem with a specific release, include the title exactly as it appears on its page and which mirror you tried. That is usually enough to reproduce the fault without a second exchange.

What to expect

Every message is answered within two working days, usually sooner. If your message is a fault report and the answer is simply that the mirror has been rebuilt, we will still write back to tell you, because otherwise you have no way of knowing whether to try again.

Rights holder notices

If you are contacting us on behalf of a rights holder, the DMCA page sets out what a notice needs to contain and how quickly it is handled. Notices sent through this form are forwarded to the same place, but the dedicated route is faster.

Requests belong elsewhere

Asking for a title that is not in the library is not a contact message. The requests page collects those in one place so they can be counted, and a title asked for by twenty people gets sourced long before one asked for once in a message thread.
