These terms cover the use of this website. Using the site means accepting them. They are written to be read rather than to be impossible to read, and they are short for the same reason.

What this site is

BlueSystem is an index. It publishes information about software releases and links to files held on third party mirrors. The site does not host the files themselves, does not create the software described on its pages, and claims no rights over any of it.

Your responsibility

Software licensing differs between countries, and what is permitted where you are is your responsibility to establish before you download anything. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here should be read as a statement that a particular use is lawful where you live.

You agree not to use this site to distribute anything designed to damage systems or obtain access to accounts, not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation, and not to scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as it is. We test what we list and we describe it accurately as far as we can, but no guarantee is offered that a package will run on your hardware, that it is free of defects, or that it will keep working after a system update. Back up your data before installing anything from any source, including this one.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or anything reached through it, including data loss, hardware faults, lost work, or business interruption.

Third party links

Mirrors and other outbound links point at services we do not run. Their content and their terms are theirs, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the file it points at.

Rights holders

If you hold rights in something listed here, the DMCA page sets out the removal process. Valid notices are acted on quickly and without argument.

These terms are updated occasionally. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
