WinRAR Professional
The archiver that half the internet is packed with, with recovery records, solid compression, and multi-part splitting, licensed so the reminder window never appears again.
A single utility covering system, office suite, and development environment licensing, with automatic edition detection, a renewal task, and a plain readout of the resulting state.
Overview
The reason a tool like this exists is that people end up with three or four separate utilities, each handling one product, each with its own interface and its own quirks. This one gathers those jobs into a single window that detects what is installed, shows the current licence state plainly, and offers the appropriate method for each product without the user needing to know which method that is.
Detection is the part that makes it usable. It reads the installed edition of the operating system, the productivity suite, and the development environment, then greys out the options that do not apply so there is no guesswork about which button to press. The current state is shown as plain text with the remaining period and the channel, rather than the cryptic output the built in command line tools produce.
Two approaches are covered. The digital method writes a permanent state tied to the hardware, which survives a clean reinstall of the same edition on the same machine. The renewal method installs a small scheduled task that refreshes the state periodically, which is the option used where the digital approach does not apply to the product in question. Both are listed with a short explanation of what they actually do.
The utility is portable and leaves nothing behind except the scheduled task if the renewal method is chosen, and there is a removal button that takes that task away cleanly. A log window shows every command it issues, which is the sensible transparency for a tool operating at this level of the system, and the log can be exported when something needs to be diagnosed.

Questions
It edits licensing state and installs a scheduled task, which is exactly the behaviour pattern scanners are built to catch.
With the digital method yes, provided the same edition goes back onto the same hardware. The renewal method does not.
Yes. The removal button takes it away and leaves nothing behind.
Detection shows which methods apply. A few uncommon enterprise editions are outside what it handles.
