Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus
The perpetual licence office suite that never expires and never nags.
An all-in-one PDF application that positions itself as the friendly alternative to the heavyweight suite, with editing, conversion, OCR, form building, and batch tools presented in a clean, approachable interface.
Overview
PDFelement aims squarely at the person who finds the market leader overbuilt and overpriced. It covers the same core work, editing, converting, filling, signing, and organising PDF documents, but does it through an interface designed to be understood on sight rather than learned over weeks. For the majority of PDF tasks in an ordinary office, it is difficult to tell what the extra money elsewhere would buy.
Editing behaves the way people expect. Text changes in place and reflows, images are replaced or resized directly, and pages can be added, removed, split, and merged. The conversion engine handles the round trip to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and OCR turns scanned documents into searchable, editable text across a wide language set.
The form tools are a strong point. A flat document can be turned into a fillable form automatically, fields can be added and set to validate their input, and responses can be exported to a spreadsheet. Batch processing applies conversion, OCR, watermarking, or data extraction across a whole folder at once.
The Pro build enables the full feature set, the OCR component, and the batch tools from first launch, with no watermark applied to edited or converted documents.
